Branding for a bold new urban property project focused on community and sustainability

 

Culture is a new community-focused development with properties in Thonglor and Chula. We worked closely with the Scratch First team (the creators of Wonderfruit) to develop a brand, adaptable across the two properties, that captures the principles of sustainability whilst simultaneously offering a distinct new property identity.

 
 
 
 

A key part of the Culture brand is a distinct and adaptable typographic style. This can be mapped across a range of applications such as signage, wayfinding, and digital displays, creating a cohesive and immersive brand experience.

 
 

We also developed an extensive brand colour palette and design layouts for use across each property with a set of rules for each.
