The Dwarika’s
A brand refresh for Nepal's architectural and cultural hospitality icon
In the 1950s, Dwarika Das Shrestha began rescuing hand-carved frames and pillars from the streets of Kathmandu in an effort to preserve Newari heritage. Dwarika’s vision has grown into Nepal’s most renowned luxury hotel collection, carrying forward a legacy of heritage, preservation, and craftsmanship. Our mission was to revitalise the brand, maintaining its status as an icon of Nepali hospitality. Our work was part-rebrand and part design-archaeology, refining identities of the past and reinterpreting them for today.
